We love bringing your unique visions to life. Because each candle is handcrafted with precision, we follow a specific process to ensure the highest quality:
Inquiry & Review: Once you submit your form, we will reach out within 48 hours to discuss your details and provide a quote. As a small, artisanal studio, we take on a limited number of projects to ensure every order gets the attention it deserves. While we wish we could fulfill every request, we may occasionally decline an inquiry if it falls outside our current creative or production capacity.
Booking & Payment: The minimum investment for custom candle orders starts at $200.00. To begin our collaboration, full payment is required. All custom orders are non-refundable once production has officially begun.
The Art of the Cure: Quality cannot be rushed. All custom orders require a minimum of 3 weeks for production. This timeline includes a vital 14-day cure time, allowing the fragrance oils and wax to fully bond. This ensures your candles deliver the powerful, consistent scent throw and clean burn we pride ourselves on.
